Telemarketer (A&H)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. The Insurance Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products, handle enquiries, and provide excellent service throughout the customer journey. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Drive sales performance and meet campaign KPIs

· Make outbound calls to promote insurance solutions confidently and professionally

· Cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate

· Convert company-provided leads into successful sales

· Maintain strong product knowledge of insurance offerings to provide accurate information.

· Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards

· Maintain accurate customer records in the system

· Achieve and exceed daily and monthly performance targets (calls, sales, and conversions)

Requirements

· Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry preferred).

· Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) an advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Persuasive and resilient with the ability to handle rejections.

· Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
