Technical Support Specialist (System Integration)

GOVT PROJECT: As a Technical Support Specialist (L1), you will serve as the frontline technical analyst for the integration ecosystem. You will be responsible for initial investigation of integration issues and validation. Correlate partner-side issues with internal logs to ensure every ticket escalated to L2/L3 is fully vetted. Beyond troubleshooting, you play a key role in operational health by tracking performance metrics and providing reporting via Internal ticketing system.

Location: Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon to Fri (Hybrid work arrangement)
Contract duration: 12 - 24 months
Compensation Package: Up to $4500 + Bonus + AL up to 18 days + Medical coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 30-50 tickets daily: through calls, emails, and web meetings when required
• Identify potential configuration errors in service requests that could lead to partner downtime
• Monitor and track support volume, incident types, and resolution trends. Provide regular reports to management on support performance and partner pain points
• Distinguish between partner-side configuration errors and potential system-wide failures. Resolve known issues using SOPs or package detailed evidence for escalation

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Prior 4 years of experience in technical support, application support, or IT helpdesk.
• Familiarity with authentication and encryption processes
• NodeJS and Java technical knowledge will be plus point
