Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Customer Service Representative to support the company in handling technical inquiries and order management, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical support to customers including technical order review, order processing.
Ensure timely delivery and provide product problem recognition/resolution.
Provide technical information/education for customers and identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years’ technical customer service experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/ Manufacturing Industry.
A Diploma in a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience is required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving/analytical skills with a customer service mindset.
A collaborative team player with proven organizational and time-management skills.
