Talent Acquisition Executive - Internal

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage recruitment and support core HR operations. This role covers full-cycle hiring, employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to support selection, feedback, and offer processes.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Prepare employment contracts and support staff movement processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in line with data protection requirements.
• Ensure HR processes comply with employment regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Singaporean Only
• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Good understanding of recruitment practices and Singapore employment laws.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with HR systems (e.g. Workday, HRP) and recruitment platforms.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
