Pick Network is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to deploy parcel locker in public spaces and operate nationwide parcel locker network. The network will deliver convenience and choice to consumers and businesses and aid in the transformation of Singapore's urban logistics ecosystem.

Job Description
AWS Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Exposure to cloud-based technologies and AWS platform deployment.
- Implement automation using Terraform or CloudFormation (preferable).
- Ensure security compliance and optimize resource utilization.
Application Development & Support
- Conduct software analysis, integration of components, testing, and debugging.
- Work closely with external vendors during system implementation.
- Prepare and execute SIT and UAT, document testing results.
- Design features and implement improvements based on business requirements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle — from development to continuous maintenance in production.
- Support incident investigation, resolution, and documentation.
- Develop technical documentation and user guides.
System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor backend systems to detect abnormalities and issues in the locker network.
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.
- Collaborate with teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system engineering and application support.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and platform deployment. (Preferably AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)
- Experience with software testing (SIT, UAT) and documentation.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with third-party vendors; strong relationship-building and cooperation skills.
