Oracle SCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to support the delivery and operations of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain solutions. The role blends functional consulting with hands-on technical implementation to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle SCM initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with business users to document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, functional specifications, and solution designs.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, and Order Management.
• Design and develop integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and extensions using PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, XML, OAF/ADF and related tools.
• Support data migration and conversion activities using FBDI, ADFDi and other Oracle frameworks.
• Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, quarterly updates, and release changes across project and BAU landscapes.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and ensure stability of critical supply chain processes.
• Deliver user training and support business readiness for new implementations and system changes.
• Collaborate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration scripts, and operational procedures.
• Apply Agile / SCRUM delivery practices to manage tasks, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.
• Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle SCM modules, integrations, and reporting tools.
