About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Slate CRM Configuration Manager / Administrator to lead and manage our Technolutions Slate platform, a key system supporting the student admissions journey. The successful candidate will ensure system stability, optimise data integrity, develop reports, and provide technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Management: Maintain and customise the Slate database, design and update application forms, implement validation rules, build automation, and manage portals for applicants and staff.

• CRM & Technology Support: Assist with CRM and other systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation.

• Data Management: Oversee data imports/exports, data cleansing, and integration with campus systems such as SIS and payment gateway.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop queries, dashboards, and scheduled reports to provide actionable insights and monitor KPIs.

• Communications & Events: Manage multi-channel communications, create personalised templates, and coordinate event communications and scheduling.

• User Support & Strategic Planning: Lead user training, develop documentation, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the primary Technolutions contact.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Slate modules: Applications, Reader, Deliver, Portals, Rules, and Querying.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and relational databases.
