Strategy & Ops Specialist [Govt]

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager - Govt Project. This role plays a key part in streamlining operations, driving programme execution, and fostering a positive and engaged work culture.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to track initiatives, improve processes, and ensure programmes are delivered effectively — while also supporting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, operations, programme management, and people engagement.

• Govt Project Exposure + Work on cross-functional initiatives
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour 
• Location: Mapletree Business City 
• Salary: Up to $10,000 + Statutory leave benefits 
• Duration: 12 months (Renewable) 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Drive operational tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting of key initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Support and improve business operations by reviewing workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Manage administrative and logistical activities to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programmes.
• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating internal training and skills development programmes.
• Develop clear and structured documentation, reports, and operational materials to support initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external outreach activities to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programmes, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
• Support ad-hoc projects and special assignments as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, programme management, or similar roles.
• Singaporean only
