Core Mission of the Role

As the Store Manager first Singapore flagship store, you will take full responsibility for the store’s overall operations.

By delivering exceptional customer experiences and implementing data-driven content retail strategies, you will position the shopping mall as a benchmark for cross-border pet new retail between Singapore and China.

Key Requirements

1. Retail Leadership (Core Requirement)

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in premium retail environments, preferably in high-end shopping malls

• Proven strong sales performance record; experience as a Store Manager or Top Sales Performer is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of new retail strategies, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates

2. Content & Growth Capability (Strong Advantage)

• Hands-on experience in social media operations, particularly on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and Instagram

• Ability to drive content-led customer acquisition strategies and collaborate with headquarters to convert local traffic into sales

3. Professional Expertise & Service Excellence

• Genuine passion for pets with personal pet ownership experience preferred

• Strong luxury customer service mindset, capable of managing high-net-worth clients and membership systems

4. Global Mindset

• Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
