Job Summary

We are looking for a Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine) to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional Italian dining experiences. You will drive food quality, hygiene standards, and menu innovation while maximizing outlet profitability and supporting daily kitchen operations.

As the Sous Chef, we rely on you to:

• Lead and supervise the culinary team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine that meets established food preparation, service, and hygiene standards.
• Manage food production processes to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of dishes in the Italian restaurant.
• Develop and innovate specialised Italian cuisine menus that cater to both domestic and international guests, enhancing guest satisfaction and dining experience.
• Maximize outlet profitability by controlling food costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with guests to engage and respond to feedback, enhancing guest relations and service quality.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and implement strategic culinary initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Proven experience in specialised Italian cuisines within a restaurant environment
• International exposure in Italian cuisines to meet the expectations of a diverse global guests.
• Demonstrated ability to create and innovate Italian cuisine's menus that align with guest preferences and resort standards.
• Strong communication skills to engage guests and foster positive dining experiences.
• Flexible to work shifts and perform effectively in outdoor kitchen settings.
