YOUR NEW JOB

You’ll drive revenue growth, manage key partnerships, and oversee the marketing operations team. This is a commercial (60%), execution-focused (40%) role where you own performance, supervise campaigns, mentor your team, and work closely with leadership to hit measurable results.
Permanent full-time, reporting directly to Managing Director.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own growth & revenue across channels, monitoring traffic, conversions & ROI
• Identify issues in the funnel and take corrective action to hit targets
• Source, onboard & manage affiliates, publishers & commercial partners
• Negotiate deals, track performance & scale high-performing partners
• Supervise marketing operations team, ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategy with commercial goals
• Set KPIs, reporting cadence & accountability across initiatives
• Bring structure, clarity & discipline to the growth function

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 6+ years in growth, partnerships, performance marketing, or commercial roles
• Proven track record in driving revenue & growth outcomes
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical mindset & negotiation skills
• Comfortable supervising operational teams & mentoring younger staff
• Experience working with agencies, brands, affiliates, or partner networks
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and able to work independently in ambiguous situations
