Site coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities of the construction site.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conducting regular site inspections and managing quality control processes.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

• Candidate to possess relevant certificates and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course Certificate (BCSS) and Site Coordinator.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good communication, self-initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a Site coordinator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
