Service Excellence & Case Support Executive (Public Service)

Support users through end-to-end case journeys—seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented communicator skilled in problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.

Working hours: Monday- Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $3500 Per Month

Job Scope:

• Manage and respond to public written enquiries and correspondence
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to enhance service quality and user experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing enquiries and providing timely, professional responses
• Promote service excellence resources and foster a service-oriented culture
• Provide empathetic support, including guidance and referrals to relevant support services where needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior customer service experience/case support experience is advantageous
