Position: Senior School Administrative
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 8:30am- 5:45pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am-5:15pm (Fri)
Salary: Up to $4400

Job scope:

• Assist in managing academic programmes from proposal submission to implementation.
• Support course planning and scheduling for postgraduate programmes.
• Handle student registration and application processes.
• Organise student activities and events, and coordinate with student helpers.
• Manage general enquiries and provide administrative support to the programme office.
• Coordinate student assistants for assessments and assist in exam-related tasks.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Singaporean Only
