We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-wide digital talent engagement platform. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, working at the intersection of policy, technology, and user experience in a complex, multi-agency environment.

- Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a national-scale talent platform
- Align product vision with company transformation and workforce planning objective
- Assess policy implications of new system capabilities and recommend adaptive implementation approaches to ensure cross-agency adoption
- Oversee system architecture and integration with existing HR and enterprise platforms across multiple agencies
- Lead the development of competency-based and data-driven recommendation capabilities, including ML/AI-enabled features
- Drive resolution of complex system integration and data interoperability challenges
- Champion agile and user-centred product development practices
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, policy) in an agile delivery environment
- Define and track KPIs such as workforce mobility, competency development, and data-driven insights
- Manage product delivery within complex regulatory, policy, and governance constraints
What We Are Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, owning products from discovery through delivery
- Strong grounding in core product management principles, including prioritisation, trade-offs, and outcome-driven delivery
- Solid technical understanding of system integration, data workflows, and enterprise platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse groups across agencies, leadership, and vendors
- Proven experience contributing to at least two shipped products, preferably in complex, high-impact, or large-scale environments
