Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Develop, plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media and offline channels.

• Coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities.

• Manage digital content across key regional platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Rednote

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.

• Manage external vendors, agencies and marketing partners.

• Manage brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Manage and plan CRM system and develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the service or F&B industry

• Hands-on experience in market research and data analysis within the service or F&B sectors

• Familiar with both online and offline media platforms, including advertising formats and requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage

• Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI will be an advantage

• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

• Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is needed to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
