We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. This roe requires strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on development capabilities in modern full stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.
- Develop responsive and high-quality frontend applications using React.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, database architectures, and distributed system solutions.
- Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling and batch processing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple services and environments.
- Make strategic technical decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience building robust enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Security)
- Extensive experience with React.js, including Hooks, Redux, and component lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture at scale.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
- Strong experience in RESTful API design, distributed systems, and database architecture
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Azure Monitoring)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and performance optimisation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
