Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, document and implement new systems, as well as enhancements and modifications to existing software with code that complies with design specifications and meets security and Java best practices.
• Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology
• Delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed business expectations

• Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner

Skills /Competencies:

Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

4–5 years’ experience of Full Stack Java Development in a containerized microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot, with strong UI/UX development experience in React.

Technology Breakdown:

- Microservices & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.

Backend Development:

- Java EE Framework: Spring Boot

- ORM Framework: Hibernate

- Database: MySQL and/or MongoDB (Open Source)

- Application Server: Spring Boot

- Web Server: JBOSS Web Server

Frontend Development:

- React 18+

- HTML5/CSS (knowledge of web page design is a plus)

Development Tools & Platforms:

- IDEs: VS Code, IntelliJ

- Repository: GitHub

- Issue Tracking: JIRA

- CI/CD: Jenkins

Preferred skills

• Strong knowledge of open-source web development tools and modern software engineering practices.
• Cards & payments domain experience
