Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in building, operating, and supporting highly reliable production systems. This role is hands-on and requires strong ownership across development, operations support, and system stability.

• Salary Package: Up to $9,800 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for live production systems, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and stability.

• Build and enhance secure, scalable, and resilient frontend and backend services.

• Provide Level 3 (L3) application support, including incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of permanent fixes.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and QA teams to resolve application and security issues within defined SLAs.

• Support release management and change validation, including impact assessment, rollback planning, and post-release verification.

• Develop and maintain operational artefacts such as runbooks, dashboards, health checks, and troubleshooting guides.

• Monitor and analyse application and operational metrics, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Communicate clearly during incidents, releases, and system changes, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

• Apply security, reliability, and observability best practices when designing and enhancing system components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer supporting production systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js, Laravel, and Golang.

• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and modern application architectures.

• Experience with containerised applications (Docker required; Kubernetes or ECS exposure preferred).

• Proven experience in L3 support, incident debugging, and root-cause analysis for live environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience operating applications on AWS.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflows.

• Exposure to regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
