Senior Executive (Quality Assurance - 6 months)

• 6-month contract (Maternity cover)

Responsibilities:

• Support organisation-wide ISO 45001 certification, safety governance initiatives, committee requirements, and robust quality management systems aligned with statutory and international standards.
• Implement recognition frameworks, industry awards, and staff engagement initiatives to strengthen safety ownership and position the organisation as a leader in safety excellence.
• Support the review and design of innovative safety training programmes and learning resources, partnering with subject-matter experts across the sporting ecosystem.
• Support national safety campaigns, develop multi-platform safety content, manage centralised safety knowledge systems, and conduct targeted stakeholder outreach.
• Manage safety-related partnerships, coordinate large-scale organisational initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic safety outcomes.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in Workplace Health & Safety and/or Quality Assurance.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management in Sport, WSQ Implement Incident Management Process, ISO45001 internal auditor certification or its equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
