Senior Executive, Programme & Operations

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support for programmes and projects.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, tracking tasks, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Maintain organised records of projects, communications, and stakeholders.
• Support creation of content for newsletters, website, and social media.
• Assist in drafting and editing materials for internal and external use.
• Coordinate updates across digital platforms and mailing lists.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Support planning and execution of events, including logistics and coordination.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement.
• Maintain databases and support data reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field
