Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance Operation

We are looking for a finance professional to support daily financial operations and closing activities, with a focus on accounts receivable and asset management. This role involves hands-on analysis, policy application, and process improvement in a structured environment.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day and year-end finance operations to ensure timely and accurate closing.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank balances, deposits, projects, and asset records.
• Prepare and review ageing reports, asset transactions, and system records.
• Apply accounting policies and treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.
• Analyse financial data to identify anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Use automation and digital tools to improve reporting and support management decisions.
• Review and improve financial policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve operational and system-related issues.
• Advise users on finance processes and options while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Provide support across other finance functions when required.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum ACCA/Degree in Accounting/Finance or its relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and asset management.
• Experience in public sector finance operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with government financial policies, systems, and processes.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI); exposure to automation tools is an advantage.
