Senior Executive, Admin

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of investment schemes. This role covers system support, case processing, customer enquiries, reporting, and coordination of operational activities.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand investment scheme systems, policies, and operational workflows.
• Perform end-to-end system testing to ensure new enhancements function accurately.
• Support onboarding and guidance of temporary staff on operational procedures.
• Coordinate logistics and arrange meetings for operational projects.
• Process investment transfer cases and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone and written channels in a professional manner.
• Compile regular reports and statistics to support operational planning.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
