Senior Director / Director / Assistant Director (Operations Planning & Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the resort’s Gaming and Hospitality operations runs smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance the resort's operations and services.
• Assist the senior management on budget planning, financial forecasts and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate among all operations teams and liaise with relevant project teams regarding any future development and renovation of existing spaces to ensure a complete customer journey.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact business operations through conducting regular audits to address vulnerabilities in business processes and systems.
• Ensure that all operational processes comply with the relevant regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality, travel or leisure industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies in relevant industries.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data to support decision making.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
