School Receptionist

• Location: Sengkang
• Work Schedule: 7.15am - 4.15pm (Mon-Thu) & 7.15am - 3.45pm (Fri)
• Salary: $2,760 per month
• Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline reception services, including attending to parents, students, staff, and visitors professionally.
• Manage phone enquiries and monitored the school’s generic email account, ensuring prompt responses and proper routing of enquiries.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, document preparation, record maintenance, report books, organisation charts, and coordination of stationery and teachers’ mailboxes.
• Attend to unwell or injured students, administered basic first aid, managed hygiene-related incidents, and escalated cases according to school procedures.
• Maintain required first aid certification in compliance with school or MOE guidelines.
• Disseminate incoming mails, letters, documents and messages to teachers & staff promptly.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' Level or Nitec qualification
• Experience working in a school setting will be a plus
