School Events Executive

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Support planning, coordination, and logistics for school events, including conferences, seminars, outreach, staff welfare and alumni activities.
• Prepare event and visit materials, manage registrations, venue setup, catering, photography, and social media content.
• Coordinate visits by international delegations and faculty, including transport, accommodation, and administrative support.
• Assist with building access, card/key issuance, office and desk allocations, seating records, and exit clearance.
• Handle procurement of office and event supplies, mailing and parcel dispatch, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma in any field or its equivalent
