Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 11-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 3,400 per month

What you will be working on?

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for scholarship operations, including handling public enquiries, supporting application and selection processes, and maintaining accurate records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for scholars, managing academic and employment-related support cases while ensuring high service standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and vendors on scholar onboarding and claims processing to ensure timely disbursements.
• Monitor programme compliance, scholarship obligations, and data integrity.
• Provide operational support for key events such as scholarship fairs, award ceremonies, and onboarding sessions.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks at a time.
