Sample Order Coordinator (Entry Level | Training Provided | MNC)

Work Details

• Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (No shift work)
• Salary: Up to $2,500/month (commensurate with experience)
• Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable / potential conversion to permanent)

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle fragrance oil samples
• Coordinate sample orders, movement, and shipping arrangements
• Update internal systems and prepare monthly reports
• Support basic fragrance blending activities
• Perform general administrative and operational support duties

Requirements

• Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain or related fields
• No experience required — training provided
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks
