Sales Support Officer - Flavour House, Entry level

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organising projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting commercial operations within an international business environment.

Location: West
Contract: 2 years + completion bonus
Working hours: 830am to 530pm, Mon to Fri
Salary: Basic up to $3,800 with Completion bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client enquiries related to product assessments, documentation requests, and project submissions within the fragrance portfolio.
• Prepare and organise product samples, submission kits, and supporting materials required for internal evaluation and client presentations.
• Liaise with internal teams and production sites to facilitate sample requests, trial orders, and product roll-outs for regional markets.
• Support regulatory and documentation processes including raw material reviews, certification requests, and technical documentation preparation.
• Assist in project coordination activities such as quotation preparation, shipment arrangements, reporting updates, and meeting or event logistics.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, interest in Fragrance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good coordination and project management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
