As Sales Manager (Vietnam), you’ll lead new business development and revenue growth for the Vietnam market, selling B2B lead generation and performance marketing solutions.
This is a commercially driven, client-facing role with full ownership of pipeline development, deal execution, and regional account growth.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work setup in Singapore, covering Vietnam-focused clients and partners. Compensation includes base salary plus an uncapped commission scheme.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build & manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline focused on Vietnam-based advertisers & partners
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close digital lead generation & performance marketing deals
- Develop & execute market-specific sales plans & account acquisition strategies
- Engage decision-makers across marketing & commercial functions
- Work with internal campaign and delivery teams to align proposals with client objectives
- Manage client relationships post-sale to support retention and upsell opportunities
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report sales activity and performance metrics
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support cross-border and APAC client opportunities
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, media, martech, performance, or lead generation solutions
- Demonstrated experience selling to or managing clients in the Vietnam market
- Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese for client and partner communication
- Proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business
- Strong commercial acumen & structured sales approach
- Experience managing APAC client relationships
- Self-driven & performance-oriented, comfortable with revenue targets
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Vietnam-focused marketing or digital campaign experience
- Existing advertiser or agency network in Vietnam
- Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or B2C lead generation models
- Track record of selling outcome-based or performance-priced solutions
- Comfortable operating in a regional, growth-focused environment
