Sales Manager | Vietnam & Singapore Markets, B2B Lead Gen, Full-Cycle Hunting >> Lead Gen & Performance Marketing provider

YOUR NEW JOB

You will drive new business sales across Singapore first, then expand into the Vietnam market.
This is a hands-on hunting role focused on outbound sales, cold calling, pipeline building & closing deals. You will own the full sales cycle & work closely with internal delivery teams to convert leads into revenue.
Permanent full-time role that includes an uncapped commission scheme.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Prospect, cold call & build new B2B client pipeline across Singapore, later Vietnam
• Own full sales cycle — outreach, pitching, negotiation & closing
• Sell lead generation & performance marketing solutions to clients
• Run meetings, proposals & follow-ups with decision makers
• Build market coverage plans for Singapore & Vietnam
• Work with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery & client results
• Keep CRM updated with pipeline, activities & forecasts
• Hit monthly & quarterly revenue targets

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 3 years B2B sales experience in digital marketing, media, martech or lead gen
• Proven hunter mindset with outbound & cold calling experience
• Able to manage full sales cycle independently
• Experience selling to APAC clients
• Vietnamese language proficiency for Vietnamese client communication
• Clear, confident pitching & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with targets, metrics & performance tracking
