SALES ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME) – JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our boutique team and deliver the relaxed luxury and charm of the French Riviera. We seek a polished, customer-centric Sales Associate who loves retail and wants to grow with a new flagship store.

Please note the hourly rate is $15 per hour, with the salary range stated above denoted an estimated monthly range of average hours worked.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Sales & Service: Deliver warm, professional service; build client loyalty; use brand selling techniques to meet targets.
• Store Presentation: Keep displays clean, stocked, and on-brand; restock promptly; assist with visual updates and stay product-savvy.
• Operations: Follow POS and cash procedures; handle returns and exchanges; maintain an orderly sales floor and stockroom.
• Team & Brand: Uphold grooming standards, represent the brand at events, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements ✅

• Retail experience, fashion/lifestyle brands preferred, otherwise strong interest.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
