Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead, train, and manage retail staff performance

Analyze sales data and drive store performance

Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

Handle inventory management and stock control

Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures

Support business development and occasional overseas business trips

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of retail experience or at least 1 year in a managerial role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to analyze sales performance and improve store operations

Adaptable to shift work, including weekends and public holidays

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to travel for occasional business trips when required
