Retail Sales Associate

Job Description & Requirements

The role and responsibilities of the retail sales associate includes:

1. Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the store sales target;

2. Has drive and initiative to maximize sales opportunities;

3. Act as brand ambassador to deliver prestigious services to satisfy customer needs;

4. Strive to understand the brand and have products knowledge;

5. Perform store operation related activities such as cleaning, tidying shelves, putting stock and visual merchandize etc

6. Able to learn quickly and handle POS system and all cash payment and redemption devices such as payment machines, tablets and mobile phone applications etc.

7.Have computer skills such as Excel, Word.

8. Able to conduct sales pitch and/or host workshop in a confident manner.

9. Able to converse in Chinese and English

10.Advantage if can speak Japanese.

11. Any ad-hoc duties and responsibilties as assigned by your superiors.

Job Specializations

Working Days/Hours: 6 days week. 1 off day.

Mondays to Sundays: Store operating times/ schedule
