Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Retail Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our retail stores. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
10.45am to 8.30pm
Work Location:
VivoCity / Causeway Point / Town area
Salary:
Gross monthly salary: $2,000 – $2,200
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties to support store operations.
Process SAP-related documents, including invoice verification, goods receipt, data entry, and document filing.
Handle incoming phone calls and manage basic office administrative matters.
Monitor and replenish office and housekeeping supplies.
Assist in stocktaking activities.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Retail Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum O-Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
