We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure high standards of service, food quality, and compliance. ⸻ 🔑 Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and effective emergency handling
- Implement and monitor food quality, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to exceed regulatory and company requirements
- Train, coach, and develop staff by conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities
- Foster a disciplined work environment and actively promote positive team morale to drive employee engagement and retention
- Manage inventory through accurate stocktaking and timely replenishment to optimize resource availability and reduce waste
- Ensure strict compliance with all licensing, safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations to maintain operational integrity
- Prepare and analyze monthly operational and performance reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Support staff scheduling and workforce planning to align labor resources with business demands efficiently
