Research Assistant (Social Service Sector) - Contract

• Basic up to $2,900 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Buona Vista MRT

What You’ll Do:

• Design questionnaires and program surveys on the survey platform to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Engage relevant agencies to identify and clarify survey objectives, requirements, and target audiences.
• Co-ordinate and support fieldwork operations across multiple agencies to ensure smooth execution of data collection activities.
• Monitor data collection progress and prepare regular milestone reports for stakeholders.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of collected data.
• Conduct data visualisation and analysis to generate insights and support reporting needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma in Research / Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience with data cleaning and analysis tools (via Excel, SPSS, R, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to accuracy.
