Research Analyst (Data / Engineering) [West / 1-year]

As a member of the Research and Partnerships Team, you will support in grant management and research administration, will also act as a primary point of contact for faculty members requiring administrative assistance and advice throughout the life cycle of grant management and research administration. 

• Location: West 
• Duration: 12 months (subjected to conversion)
• Working Hours: Office Hours 

Responsibiliites: 

• Provide administrative support for proposal submissions, progress and final reporting, and proper closure of research projects and accounts
• Liaise with the relevant departments to assist faculty members in putting in place the contracts and agreements with individuals or organisations needed for the conduct of research
• Manage research accounts from award to expiry in compliance with applicable funding agencies’ terms and conditions and University policies
• Facilitate grant variation submissions
• Promote sound record retention practices to faculty members to facilitate ease of access and compliance with all regulatory policies for retention of documents
• Provide secretariat support to review panel meetings
• Compile research data and statistics
• Drive efficient, accurate research data reporting through process optimization and automation
• Any other ad-hoc initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only. 
• Minimum Degree, preferably with prior experience in research administration / engineering background.
