Quantity Surveyor (Facade Estimation)

1) Possess degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering;

2) Minimum 6 years of experience in Pre-tender;

3) Good knowledge of reading tender specification and drawings;

4) Quantity take-off from Tender drawings, prepare bill of quantities based on the quantity take-off;

5) Familiar with facade system;

6) At least 6 - 8 year's experiance in pre-tender, QS experiance in Alum Facade, windows and doors;

7) Sourcing of quotation from supplier and issuing work orders;

8) Liasing with design team and engineering team for specific tender requirement;

9) Liasing with project team and accounts department;

10) Any other Qs related function as and when required by the Estimation Manager and/or the management;

11) Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;

12) Passes good negotiation and co-ordination skills;

13) Good communication in English;

14) Software knowledge Microsoft Excel and Word;

15) AutoCAD rivet and Blue Beam in additional advantage
