Quality Surveyor (MRT/ Civil)

• Location: Changi Business Park
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–12pm
• Salary: Up to $6,000/ month + 2 month bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project costs,budgets, and progress claims.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimatesfor projects and tender submissions.
• Source, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers andsubcontractors.
• Monitor procurement and ensure timely deliveryof materials.
• Maintain records of subcontractors, vendors, andinvoices.
• Participate in site meetings and providecontractual advice.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-savingmeasures.
• Support project teams in reporting,documentation, and financial tracking.

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of experience in QS/ construction.
• Able to work independently
