We are looking for IT Project Manager to lead government ICT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery, meeting business needs and IT governance, collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiationto closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope,timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including businessusers, project team members, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provideupdates to stakeholders.
- Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolvingconflicts and issues promptly.
- Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective teamdynamics.
- Ensure that user needs and feedback are incorporatedinto project deliverables.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with ITgovernance frameworks and standards.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure highstandards of deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expendituresare within approved limits.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issuesand challenges.
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis,project requirements, and stakeholder input.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ProjectManagement, experience participating in full software or product developmentcycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, andproblem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written,with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Project Management-related certifications such asCITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.
