Project Executive (Community Engagement) - 1 year

Exciting Community Engagement exposure with a Public Agency!

• 1-year contract from Apr 2026
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Lavender MRT / Site as required
• Basic + Completion Bonus (1-month)

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment, coordination, and deployment of Community Emergency volunteers.
• Expand outreach efforts and strengthen community engagement through Emergency Preparedness programmes and active partnerships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote Emergency Preparedness initiatives.
• Provide advisory support to Community Emergency Committees in the planning and execution of programmes.
• Administrative support including updating records, consolidating information, and preparing and submitting reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Project Support and Co-ordination.
• Good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
