Project Associate [Manufacturing or Engineering / MNC / West]

We are looking for a Project Execution to manage and drive multiple production and engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Location: West (2 ways transport provided)
• Salary: Up to $3,800 + 2 months completion bonus
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am to 530pm 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor up to 4 concurrent medium-sized production or engineering projects.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment across functions and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a clear and accurate in‑and‑out financial record for each assigned project.
• Track purchase requests, invoices, project spending, cost variances, and commitments.
• Follow all internal quality, safety, and operational SOPs.
• Ensure project activities meet required quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in any related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination or project management (manufacturing/engineering preferred)
