Programmes Assistant (Arts & Culture, 1 year)

• Up to $3,200 per month
• 3-month contract in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area

Responsibilities:

• Respond to email enquiries from members of the public and relevant stakeholders in a professional and accurate manner.
• Investigate and verify details prior to drafting proposed responses for clearance.
• Provide on-site support at outreach and engagement events when required, proactively engaging members of the public to explain the scheme and assist with credit activation and ticket purchases.
• Pack and coordinate logistics deliveries to relevant stakeholders, including scheduling deliveries, tracking delivery status, and maintaining inventory records where applicable.
• Carry out administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Diploma with experience in Event Support.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Keen to support events outside of office hours if required.
