Programme Manager (Sports / Public Sector)

Duration: 1 year Contract under a Statutory Board
Location: Stadium
Salary: Up to $5,500/month
Working hours: Office hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage participant registration, databases, and records for athletes, coaches, and volunteers.
• Coordinate session schedules, facility bookings, and coach rostering, including substitutions.
• Support planning and execution of para sport events, including logistics, registration, and volunteer coordination.
• Track budgets, expenses, and generate reports on attendance, progress, and programme outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for participants, parents, and coaches, handling enquiries and communications.
• Liaise with stakeholders and partners while supporting coach recruitment, training administration, and safety and accessibility coordination.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Bachelor in sport development, club management, or related field of work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's sporting ecosystem, the sports landscape and disability-related issues and challenge
• Background in competitive sport and/or coaching experience is advantageous.
