Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: Contract from Dec 2025 to Jul 2027
Salary: Up to $ 3,400 per month

What you will be working on?

1. Database & Stakeholder Management
   a. Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, including programme participants, partners, and stakeholders.
   b. Add new contacts and update existing records to ensure accuracy and relevance.
   c. Conduct research to enrich contact profiles with relevant background information, areas of expertise, and organisational details.
2. Programme Participant Screening & Support
   a. Assist in the screening of potential programme participants based on established criteria.
   b. Support the creation of company profiles and collate relevant information for the business development team.
3. Work Trip Planning & Coordination
   a. Assist in planning and coordinating work trips, including conducting company research and compiling relevant materials to facilitate itinerary planning.
4. Administrative & Programme Operations Support
   a. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day programme operations.
   b. Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
• Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesise information effectively
