Programme Admin Officer (Arts and Heritage)

• Up to $4,500 per month
• 3-month contract in the first instance, renewable for 9 months
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screening of incoming applications to ensure completeness and compliance with scheme requirements, serving as the first level of quality control
• Identify missing documentation or information gaps and maintain accurate records of application status using established tracking systems
• Communicate with applicants to clarify requirements, request additional information, and provide timely updates on application progress
• Communicate assessment outcomes to applicants, including both successful and unsuccessful results, and outline next steps clearly
• Process acceptance forms and required documentation from successful applicants, and review submitted content materials for website publication

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Administration and Programme Support.
• Experience within the public sector is a plus.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
