Production Planning Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production & Materials Specialist who assists the company in handling production Planning and material management business, ensuring smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for production management and cross-site production allocation coordination and collaborate with sales & operation teams to resolve production/delivery issues.
• Materials management, inventory control to support operation needs.
• Order entry, shipping management, workflow optimization, documentation, logistics support.
• Any other assignment from supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Logistics & Operations Management or a related field.
• 2 years above of work experience in the electronics-related products industry (including components/materials).
• Strong negotiation skills and cost control awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
