Product Specialist /non-sales @Harbourfront

• Provide product training including schedule planning, prepare training materials, end user manual etc.

• Oversees sales project fulfilment, project management and delivery/installation to customer.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product/training delivered & accord to customer requirement.

• Support marketing event including exhibition, trade show and seminar/product event etc.

• Prepare reports including sales forecast, project progression report, and updated in salesforce etc.

• Report and review sales and business activities to manager.

• Keep track on market trends, customer requirements, provide updates on competitors' trends. 

• Provide customer / market feedback to commercial team/product team in HQ.

• Plan and support launch of new products in assigned account / geographical areas.

• Experience in experience in the medical device business.
