Planning Executive - 1 year contract

🕐 Working Hours: Office hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm 
📄 Contract: 1 Year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and schedule raw material supply to support daily production
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, production, warehouse and quality teams
• Expedite urgent deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Analyse demand trends and adjust forecasts accordingly
• Prepare planning reports and maintain data accuracy in ERP system

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or related field
• Experience in production planning / material planning / supply chain operations
• Comfortable using Excel (pivot table, formulas) and ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
